The origami crane serves as the muse for SEI. An easy gateway to creativity, the art of origami is one of the simplest ways to manipulate material and turn it into something worth keeping. The crane is a reminder that the simplest things can be the most beautiful, and that clean lines give boldness to shape and silhouette. This is why it’s the logo.

Initially launched as a street-art project with a simple goal to explore the city, CRANEFIND has evolved into something that everyone can take part in. We hope that the cranes you find will give you pause, and a little bit of joy as you navigate our ever-chaotic world.
